By creating an account or using SiteForge (operated by CallForge, Inc.), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
SiteForge is a website builder for home service contractors. The service includes website creation and hosting via Cloudflare Pages, AI-assisted content generation, domain registration through Namecheap, and integration with CallForge for lead management.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a country where SiteForge operates to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use SiteForge to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain ownership of all business information, logos, and content you provide to SiteForge. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and publish that content on your behalf as part of your contractor website. We do not sell your content to third parties.
SiteForge uses AI to generate website copy, domain suggestions, and other content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You should not publish AI-generated content that makes false claims about your business, licenses, or certifications.
Domain registrations are processed through Namecheap and are subject to ICANN policies and Namecheap's terms of service. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for domain availability, registry errors, or ICANN policy changes. You are the registrant of record for any domain purchased through SiteForge.
Contractor websites are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, Cloudflare outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for business losses resulting from website downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteForge and CallForge, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
